Apple Cider Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 1 ½ cup apple cider or apple juice
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. ground sage
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper

Instructions
 

Marinade

  • Combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Place pork tenderloin inside a large Ziploc bag and pour marinade on top, reserving 1 cup liquid.
  • Refrigerate and marinate for at least one hour.

Pork tenderloin

  • Cook on grill at 350F for 20 minutes flipping over once. Use reserved marinade to baste and keep the tenderloin moist.
