Pasta Salad

Course Main Course, Side Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. bowtie pasta
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 4 oz. block mozzarella cubed
  • 1 tsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 ½ cups red, yellow, and green peppers diced
  • ½ cup red onion diced
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • Fresh basil

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta as instructed on the package. Drizzle cooked pasta with olive oil and allow to cool slightly.
  • In large bowl, add remaining ingredients and lightly toss together. Can also be served chilled.
